Tony Bejko
Director of Dining Services / Executive Chef
Tony Bejko has proudly served as Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef at The Village of Tanglewood for more than eight years, bringing over 20 years of experience in senior living, luxury hospitality, and fine dining. Before joining the community, Tony held leadership roles with Marriott, Sunrise Senior Living, and The Buckingham, where he successfully managed large culinary teams and dining operations serving hundreds of residents.
At The Village of Tanglewood, Tony leads all aspects of dining—menu planning, culinary operations, staffing, budgeting, and resident engagement across multiple venues. He is celebrated for his innovative menus, themed dining experiences, and dedication to exceptional service, consistently enhancing both resident satisfaction and team development.
Originally from Albania and fluent in several languages, Tony’s passion lies in connecting people through food and hospitality. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family. A fun fact: Tony met his wife in Germany, and together they’ve traveled extensively throughout Europe and South America with their two children
Dennis Leverett
Director of Life Enrichment
With more than 14 years of dedicated service, Dennis has become a vital part of our community. As Life Enrichment Director, Dennis brings passion and creativity to his role, curating purposeful and joy-filled experiences that enrich residents’ daily lives.
He believes true enrichment goes beyond activities—it’s about fostering connection, dignity, and meaning. Through innovative programming and authentic relationship-building, Dennis ensures every resident feels inspired, engaged, and valued.
Beyond his work, Dennis enjoys immersing himself in the arts, often attending plays and poetry nights. These experiences spark his creativity and provide fresh inspiration for the vibrant programs he designs for our community.
Jeanine McKeithan
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jeanine McKeithen serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Village of Tanglewood, where she brings more than a decade of senior living sales experience. She joined The Aspenwood Company in December 2024 as a Sales Specialist before moving into her current role at The Village of Tanglewood in August 2025. With a proven record of occupancy growth, strategic outreach, and relationship-driven sales, Jeanine has also contributed to regional teams, gaining extensive multi-site experience. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for residents and families while achieving ambitious business goals.
Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, Jeanine finds fulfillment in guiding families to the right solutions and supporting them in living their best lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her one-year-old son who keeps her on her toes. A lover of the outdoors, Jeanine can often be found playing sports or cheering others on from the sidelines. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with the original goal of becoming an attorney, but ultimately found her calling in senior living.
Janice Foster-Pietro
Director of Administrative Services
Janice joined The Village of Tanglewood in February 2023 as Sales Manager, bringing more than five years of experience in the senior living industry. Her passion for serving seniors began on a personal level, after researching and helping her late father-in-law transition into a senior living community. In her current role, Janice oversees all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, serves as the primary point of contact for Human Resources, and provides direct supervision to the concierge team.
Before entering senior living, Janice built a 28-year career in the aviation industry, managing the ground product for Continental Airlines. Her leadership and dedication earned her numerous awards for her contributions to the Presidents Club lounge network, and she was featured in Global Travel magazine for helping Continental win “Best Airline Private Club in North America.”
Rey Rincon
Director of Plant Operations
Rey Rincon is an experienced maintenance and operations leader with a strong background in facility management, fabrication, and building systems. He joined Aspenwood as Director of Plant Operations in June 2025, where he oversees maintenance programs, safety standards, and operational efficiency to ensure a safe and high-quality environment for residents and staff.
Prior to Aspenwood, Rey served as Maintenance Director at The Delaney at Parkway Lakes and Atria Westchase, earning recognition for his technical expertise and exceptional customer service.
Passionate about his work, Rey takes pride in going above and beyond, driven by his genuine care for others and commitment to supporting older adults. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and kids and values every moment with his family.
Fun fact: Rey is the reigning Fuddruckers champion for devouring a 3-pound burger and a pound of fries in under 20 minutes!
Jacquelyne Stephen
Dining Room Supervisor
Jacquelyne Stephen brings more than 14 years of hospitality and resident care experience to her role as Dining Room Supervisor. She began her career as a server and, through hard work and a commitment to excellence, quickly advanced into leadership roles including lead server, overnight concierge, and dining room manager. Each step in her journey has strengthened her skills in service, leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Jacquelyne takes pride in fostering a warm, welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Her dedication extends beyond dining—she values building meaningful connections with residents and supporting their overall well-being. With her resident-first mindset and proven ability to inspire her team, Jacquelyne continues to elevate the quality of service within her community.
